Simmy Kustanowitz, Emmy-nominated TV producer and former Showrunner of Impractical Jokers, will lead a unique workshop on tackling real team challenges like idea generation, prioritization, and fostering collaboration. Drawing on his extensive experience in network TV production and creative consulting, Simmy will share strategies to help camp professionals think outside the box. This is a free event with kosher lunch provided.

Simmy is an acclaimed creative consultant and founder of Clock Tower Innovation, where he helps organizations become more effective and creative, and unlock fresh ideas. Drawing on his experience in network TV production and consulting, Simmy has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Citigroup, Apple Bank, and Hightower Advisors to enhance communication, optimize operations, and foster innovation. As an Emmy-nominated producer, he’s also worked on hit shows including Impractical Jokers, The Carbonaro Effect, and Adam Ruins Everything.
Simmy’s deep connection to Jewish camp began at Camp Ramah in the Berkshires, where he was a camper and counselor, experiences he credits with shaping the creativity and leadership skills that have fueled his career.
