Andrew Silow-Carroll, Editor in chief of the New York Jewish Week will be our featured presenter focusing on the topic of How to tell your camp’s story and cultivate relationships with the press and media. This is a free event with kosher lunch provided.

Andrew Silow-Carroll is editor in chief of the New York Jewish Week and Managing Editor for Ideas at the Jewish Telegraphic Agency. Andrew has served as managing editor of The Forward, editor of the Washington Jewish Week, and senior editor of Moment Magazine. He was previously editor in chief for JTA and CEO and editor in chief of the New Jersey Jewish News for 13 years. He has developed and taught classes on Jewish humor and culture for My Jewish Learning and The Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning. Andrew lives in Teaneck, where he and his wife raised their three children, all products of Jewish summer camp. Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge on the Jewish press landscape and is an invaluable resource in understanding how to get your message out and gain exposure to a wider audience.
