Aquatics, Ropes, and Archery Training

Aquatics, Ropes, and Archery Training

Operating an extensive collection of waterfront and outdoor adventure programs requires skilled and trained staff with the necessary qualifications.

Each summer, NJY Camps hosts several certification courses at our Milford, PA campus for our staff as well as staff from surrounding camps. Each course is accredited by a major governing body and offered to NJY Camps staff free of charge.

Courses begin a couple of weeks prior to the standard staff orientation weeks, during which all meals and accommodation are included. Upon completion of their course/s, staff will report to their assigned camp for the summer and begin their regular main season contract.
