Every staff member is entitled to six days off during the summer. On days off, each camp tries to provide transportation into the local town
where there is shopping, restaurants and, of course, laundry facilities. In addition, each camp is located close to other attractions such as Dorney and Hershey Amusement Parks,
Mountain Creek water park, movie theaters outlets, and major shopping malls. If staff is interested in a more exciting kind of experience, the camps are located approximately one to
two hours from New York City and two to three hours from Philadelphia. In addition, there are a variety of hiking trails and waterfalls in the area.
