A Day at Cedar Lake Camp

A Day at CLC

Camp follows the same basic routine 6 days a week and on Saturday there is a different special program for the whole camp. Below is an illustration of the daily schedule for a division. Each division's schedule is unique to that division as the activity order and meal times are different.

7:15am
Wake-Up Time. Time to get dressed and ready for the day ahead.

7:35am
Morning Line-Up. Announcements are made for the day ahead.

7:45am
Breakfast. Enjoy a hot or cold breakfast from our ample choices available daily served cafeteria style

8:30am
Return to your bunk for clean-up and grab your sports equipment or get changed for your morning activities.

9:15-10:05am and 10:20-11:10am
Choose from a wide array of activities in sports, arts, adventure training and water. Check out these links for more details:

•Lake, Swim, SCUBA, Aquatics
•Creative and Dramatic Arts

11:25-12:15pm
CLC offers Instructional Athletics in a wide range of sports including basketball, softball, soccer, volleyball, track and field. We participate in athletic competitions against other camps in all of these sports.

12:30-1:30pm
Lunch. Enjoy our tasty meal and healthy salad bar while sitting with your fellow bunk mates and staff.

1:30-2:30pm
Rest Period. Write letter home, chill out with your friends or catch a quick rest before the afternoon activities.

2:30-3:20pm
Recreational (Rec) Time. Play a pickup game of sport or enjoy a relaxing afternoon swim to cool off.

3:35-4:25pm and 4:45-5:35pm
Choose from a wide array of activities in sports, arts, adventure training and water. Check out these links for more details:

5:50pm
Line Up for dinner and announcements for the evening program

6:00-7:00pm
Dinner. Enjoy our tasty meal and healthy salad bar while sitting with your fellow bunk mates and staff.

7;00-8:00pm
Shower Time. Get showered, dressed and prepared for the evening program

8:00-9:30pm
Take part in a bunk, divisional or brother/sister divisional evening program which could include capture the flag, dodgeball, themed activity programs, pool night to name but a few

9:45pm
Milk and Cookies time and then its back to the cabins to get ready for bed

10:15pm
Lights-out time and then its flashlight time until the staff member gives the word that its time for bed.
