Leadership Training & Human Relations
Campers participate in programs designed to sharpen leadership and programming skills while teaching important counseling
techniques.
Campers live in a free, yet structured environment that enables them to take responsibility for camp projects while choosing
and getting involved in various program activities.
Evening programs consist of entertaining and educational components, which give campers a chance to bond as one large group.
Programs include sporting events, pool parties, bonfires, roller blading, quiz shows, talent nights, dancing, bowling, and much more!
Internship Opportunities & Skills Development
Teen Age Camp II offers this unique age group both work and recreational experiences at camp. Spending half the day in their chosen internships, TAC
II campers assist counselors with problem solving at our other camps. This apprenticeship enables teens to gain competency instructing younger children while learning more about their own interests and
strengths.
Internship programs are designed to sharpen leadership and counselor skills while preparing TAC II campers for a future summer working at
camp. Teens also participate in electives of their choice along with free time built into the TAC II schedule.
Campers who SUCCESSFULLY complete our TAC II program
are given preference for positions as staff members.
